Through the use of services provided herein you hereby automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below and within our Privacy Policy. While we do not actively monitor E-Cards sent by our customers we do reserve the right to investigate reports pertaining to the misuse of our services in order to protect our property and assets. Please note that the following conduct is prohibited:
- Sending abusive, harassing, or threatening messages.
- Sending advertisements, "spam", or business venture-related messages.
- Sending defamatory or libelous messages.
- Sending viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
- Attempting to steal passwords or credit card information.
- Sending messages in furtherance of unlawful, criminal, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the sender.
- Sharing or distribution of your OutGreetings account.
Any such violation of these terms and conditions will not be tolerated and may result in restrictions placed upon the account and/or IP address of the offending user with no compensation or refund. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to disclose to third parties (including by not limited to E-Card recipients, their legal representation, and law enforcement agencies) any information related to violations of these terms and conditions without prior authorization from the party (or parties) involved.

Cancellation requests will be honored if made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Premium Membership order and is at the sole discretion of OutGreetings based on the user's usage history of the provided services. Approved Premium Membership cancellations will be fully refunded to the user's original payment method only, and usually appears as a credit within ten (10) business days.

The information and services provided by this service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. While we do our best to insure the quality and reliability of the services provided, due to factors outside of our control we cannot be held responsible for E-Cards failing to reach their intended recipients or E-Cards failing to reach their intended recipients by a specific date.
Officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, and/or incidental damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits or attorney's fees) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with your access to, inability to access, or use of our services, or reliance upon the information provided herein.
